Hands-on lab: Build and Activate AI-Ready Data with Fivetran & Snowflake

In this interactive, one-hour hands-on lab, you’ll go beyond theory and build a complete AI-ready data pipeline using Fivetran and Snowflake. Guided step by step, you’ll create and deploy a custom Fivetran connector using the Connector SDK to ingest data from a custom REST API directly into Snowflake.

You’ll then validate and explore the data before building a Streamlit application in Snowflake to visualize insights and power advanced analytics using Snowflake Cortex. By the end of the lab, you’ll have a working, production-style pipeline — from data ingestion to AI-driven analysis — and the practical skills to replicate it in your own environment
